I love the old-fashioned train displays such as the one on the right. With the "click-click" sound as different destinations spin by when the board is updated. So I was disappointed to see that the MBTA's new board is entirely digital.

But somebody shares my sentiment. When the new board is updated a speaker in the bottom makes the same "click-click" noise as the old board! Glad to know I'm not the only sentimental train type.
